Most orders, once crafted to your unique specifications, will be delivered directly to your door within 15 working days.

Faster delivery may be available on pre-manufactured or in-stock designs. If you need your structure sooner, get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to advise on the quickest options available.

Generally, you won’t need planning permission for our timber garden structures.

However, if:

• You’re building your structure in your front garden
• Your property is listed
• You live in a conservation area
• Your structure exceeds the height limit (4m for a dual-pitched roof, 3m for other roofs, or 2.5m if within 2m of a boundary)

You may need to seek permission from your local council.
